SHORELESS TIM stands for the SHORELESS Ticket and Issue Manager and is often sim­ply referred to as TIM . It is the issue track­ing sys­tem used by SHORELESS for its Ticket Dri­ven Devel­op­ment and can be accessed on https://tim.shore­less.lim­ited.

As SHORELESS applies Ticket Dri­ven Devel­op­ment not only for its soft­ware devel­op­ment pro­jects, but almost every aspect of SHORELESS's work, TIM is at the core of all our work­flows.

If you own a SHORELESS soft­ware prod­uct license or are a stake­holder of a pro­ject with SHORELESS involved, you most prob­a­bly already have access to SHORELESS TIM .

If you don't have access to SHORELESS TIM , but feel you should have, you may want to ask our sup­port staff or your pro­ject man­ager for access.
