As SHORELESS applies Ticket Driven Development not only for its software development projects, but almost every aspect of SHORELESS's work, TIM is at the core of all our workflows.
If you own a SHORELESS software product license or are a stakeholder of a project with SHORELESS involved, you most probably already have access to SHORELESS TIM.
If you don't have access to SHORELESS TIM, but feel you should have, you may want to ask our support staff or your project manager for access.
